Purchases on our site are subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/99, dictated on the subject of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of goods takes place at the buyer’s home, as these purchases are made outside the business premises.

RETURN
THE RETURN CAN BE MADE ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE PRODUCT INTACT AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR MISAPPLICATION, SO PLEASE FOLLOW THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. Under EU regulations, the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business activities. The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal entities and individuals acting for purposes related to a business activity. Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are purchases made by resellers or parties who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the period of 14 working days from the receipt of the goods by returning the returned goods to the seller, who will refund the price of the returned goods, except for customized parts; Althea Design is not responsible for the use and wear of the products after this date, as personal driving style and protections (e.g. knee pads) significantly affect their durability. To make the withdrawal, it is necessary to contact our customer service center, which will inform about the procedure to open the case. The procedure is summarized below: it is necessary to send – by e-mail – a notice containing the declaration of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the data provided by the customer center (e.g., order number, invoice number and customer number, list of products to be withdrawn, bank details). After activating the withdrawal practice, it is necessary to place the original wrapping containing the goods in an appropriate packaging, so as to safeguard the original wrappings of the products from any damage, writing or alteration. Althea Design reserves the right to reject the goods received in the event of non-compliance with the above procedure. The goods must be shipped at your own expense, to the warehouse of departure, to the address given by Customer Service. Althea Design recommends insuring the shipment: if the item arrives at the warehouse damaged, Althea Design reserves the right to refuse the goods. It is necessary to note on the shipped packages, in a visible position, the number and year of the order. Althea Design will not accept shipments without the order number on the packaging, which will be returned to the sender, at his or her expense. No refund will be made for the goods subject to withdrawal if it does not receive the relevant delivery. The return transfer will be made within 30 working days after receipt of the goods. The above amount will not include shipping costs nor customized stickers, such as tables. This is in accordance with Art. 5, Paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999. Warnings: Althea Design reserves the right as of now not to accept shipments of products that do not contain original packaging, accessories, and manuals, or have been made without having activated the request for action to Customer Service or without following the shipping methods indicated by Customer Service. In such cases, the transportation costs inherent in the return will be borne by the customer.Also before accepting the package, check that it is not damaged due to transportation, if you notice damage to the package you can accept it by signing with reservation.Finally, please note that we do not have adhesives for plastics that do not conform to the originals.
RETURN PROCEDURE SUMMARY
Send an email to info@altheadesign indicating order number and wait for reply. Re-pack the package with stickers and mail them to the address listed on the website. Customized stickers are excluded from reimbursement.
COMBO KIT
In the case of purchasing the combo kit, it will be necessary to check all the stickers when the package arrives and in the next 48 hours, if there is one or more raised portions of adhesive proceed by heating with a hair dryer and repositioning the adhesive properly until completely cooled, repeat the operation if necessary.
CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT
In case of purchasing customized products with cash-on-delivery payment method, the customer is obliged to accept the package, as it is a specifically manufactured product cannot be returned or resold to another customer, so if there should be a rejection of the package for reasons that do not depend on “damage or errors of the specific product” the customer will be prosecuted. DELIVERY TIME
Approximately 6/10 working days from receipt of payment, which may also slip by a few days depending on workload.
In the case of purchasing the combo kit, and thus plastics and graphics with application included, the delivery time can be up to more than 15 days
REFUND
Refund can be made in case of returned goods (see return procedure) for incorrect graphic production with cause to be attributed to us, always and only within 14 days after receipt of goods. In no other case is a refund provided.
If, on the other hand, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been received and has already been paid for, you must send – by e-mail – a notice containing a statement that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the data provided by the customer center (e.g. order number, invoice number and customer number, list of products to be withdrawn, bank details).
ARTICLE REPLACEMENT FOR WRONG SHIPMENT
The product substitution procedure for wrong shipment can be activated when a product has been mistakenly shipped by Althea Design that is different from the one the customer ordered and, therefore, not present in his order. Please also note that colors seen on the monitor may differ from the actual printed hue and colors of plastics. The procedure can be activated within 8 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Service activation can be done by contacting our Customer Service Department. Shipping costs are borne by us. The item must be returned in the state in which it was delivered, i.e., without marks or writing of any kind on the packaging and without having been opened or used in any way. Althea Design recommends using a rigid box and appropriate packaging that will protect the item from damage in transit. The opening of the package will be allowed, as indispensable, in the only case in which the packaging does not allow the verification of the product ordered with respect to the product delivered.
SENDING LOGOS.
BY ACCEPTING OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE CLIENT DECLARES UNDER HIS OWN AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY THAT ALL LOGOS HE SENDS US THROUGH THE UPLOAD BUTTON ARE HIS PROPERTY OR HE HAS THE AUTHORIZATION TO USE THE LOGO OR TRADEMARK, RELIEVING ALTHEA DESIGN FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
